Technical Support and Training Specialist

【Job Descriptions 】

•       Responsible for the installer training program, develop and write the training materials, plans and reports

•       Presentation and hands-on training of full range of Dahua Security products and solutions including CCTV, Intelligent Traffic, Smart Building, Safe City to S.I, installers and distributors

•       Organize the customers and complete training target

•       Onsite support for customer to resolve the product and technical issues

•       Collect and analyze the feedback from customer and marketing information

•       Collaborate with team members to share ideas and information

•       Build good relationships with customer

【 Job Requirements 】

•       A college degree in Information Technology, Networking, Electronics

•       Demonstrable knowledge on CCTV, Video Intercom and Access Control systems at least 3 years

•       Strong interpersonal, organizational and communications skills

•       Strong presentation writing skills and confident to speak in public

•       Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

•       Be self-motivated, ability to multitask and work under pressure

•       Ability to travel to multiple locations in Spain and Portugal

•       Fluent English and Spanish both in reading, writing and speaking
