Pre-sales Engineer

【Job Description】

1. Promote products and special application.

- Promote product, new product and special applications to new customers (mainly System Integrator, Big Installers), on the product performance relating to pipeline design.

- Support clients to integrate Dahua solutions into their study.

2. Work closed with KA manager to discover / follow up new customer (mainly System, Integrator, Big Installers)

3. Work closed with marketing on the marketing survey before new product launching.

4. Work closed with product center on the new product research and development.

5. Provide training to sales team on new product promotion.

6. Assist exhibitions in coordination with marketing department.

7. Responsible for tendering

- Organize a tendering team to complete tender documents and to provide feasibility suggestion on product differentiation.

8. Complete the E-doc system.

- Understand well between different competitive material pipes and build up documents system.

- Complete the documents system to show advantage to clients, including technology, service and professional.

· Proven knowledge related to video surveillance and CCTV industry.

· Highly experienced in front-line customer interface.

· Experience in CCTV product.

· Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communications skills.

· Self-starter with ability to work remotely with little supervision.
