Dahua Benelux biedt een 5-jarig (60 maanden) garantie Stimuleringsprogramma op geselecteerde producten voor klanten in Nederland, België en Luxemburg. Dit programma is bedoeld om klanten aan te moedigen producten via de officiële Dahua Benelux-kanalen aan te schaffen, de rechten van Dahua-klanten te waarborgen en de servicekwaliteit van lokale inkoop te verbeteren.
1. Doel van het programma: Klanten aanmoedigen om producten via de officiële kanalen van Dahua Benelux te kopen, de rechten van Dahua-klanten beschermen en de servicekwaliteit van lokale inkoop verbeteren.
2. Toepassingsgebied van de activiteit:
A. Toepasselijke ontvangers: Alle gecontracteerde klanten (DPP, VAIP, VSIP) en installateurs die met succes de QR-code/barcode op het product scannen via de DH Partner App.
B. Aankoopkanalen: Aankoop via de officiële kanalen van Dahua in Nederland, België en Luxemburg (officiële kanalen kunnen worden verkregen via de volgende link https://www.dahuasecurity.com/nl/partners）.
C. Levertijd: de Geldende Producten die op of na 1 januari 2023 door Dahua worden verzonden (de verzendtijd wordt bepaald door het SN-nummer dat in het Dahua-systeem wordt gezocht).
Opmerking: De verzendtijd van het product is afhankelijk van Dahua's systeem. De uiteindelijke interpretatie van dit beleid behoort toe aan Dahua.
3. Geldigheid van het programma: Dit programma is effectief op lange termijn
4. Toepasselijk gebied: Nederland, België, Luxemburg
5. Garantieperiode: De garantie van de producten die in aanmerking komen voor de voorwaarden wordt verlengd tot 60 maanden.
